PYMTW ("Put Your Money to Work") provides general educational information about Bitcoin, technology, custody, and financial concepts. Nothing on this website or in any PYMTW program, product, session, email, or communication constitutes individualized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset.

PYMTW does not manage assets, execute trades, take custody of funds, recommend specific allocations, or tell you how much Bitcoin (if any) to buy or hold. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Bitcoin is volatile and can decline substantially in value. Past performance does not predict future results. Any historical figures, calculators, or simulations shown are hypothetical, are provided for education only, and do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. Consult qualified, licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Security Policy

Never share your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, authentication codes, or full account credentials with PYMTW or anyone claiming to represent PYMTW. We will never ask for them and never need them.

PYMTW never takes custody of funds, never executes trades, and never remotely controls wallets or accounts. You retain sole control of your keys, accounts, and funds at all times. See our full Security Promise.

Privacy Policy

PYMTW LLC ("PYMTW," "we," "us," or "our") is the business responsible for this website and the data it collects. This site is operated for and directed at users in the United States; if you are visiting from outside the US, please be aware your information will be processed in the US.

We collect only what we need to provide education and communicate with you:

• Email & name (identifiers) when you subscribe, download a resource, take the assessment, or make an inquiry. These are handled by our email provider (Beehiiv) to deliver newsletters and resources.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (internet/device activity, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked) to understand what's useful. We configure analytics to exclude sensitive financial fields (see Calculator Privacy).

We keep this information only as long as needed to provide our newsletter and services, or until you ask us to delete it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us.

We never ask for and never want your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, authentication codes, bank or brokerage account numbers, or government identification through this website.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we've collected about you; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information; and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising), so there is no "sale" or "share" to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, contact us; we will respond within the time required by law.

Cookies & similar technologies

This site may use cookies or similar local storage for basic functionality and, if enabled, privacy-configured analytics (see Calculator Privacy for what analytics never receives). We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide a cookie notice where required.

Calculator Privacy

The Net-Worth Calculator, DCA Calculator, and Performance tools run entirely in your web browser. The numbers you enter are used only to compute results on your device.

• Local by design: your entered financial values are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to PYMTW or stored on our servers.
• Not sent to analytics: our analytics are configured to exclude the financial values you type. We may record that a calculator was used, but not the amounts.
• Live market data may be fetched from public price APIs to power calculations; these requests do not include your personal figures.
• Please do not enter account numbers, passwords, or any account-identifying information into any calculator. It is never required.

Affiliate Disclosure

PYMTW LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Book links on this site that point to Amazon are affiliate links — PYMTW earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through them, at no additional cost to you. Compensation does not determine which books are recommended.

Links to wallets, exchanges, custody services, and other tools currently go directly to each provider and are not compensated. If that changes, we will label the compensated link near the link and update this disclosure and the "Last updated" date above. We do not recommend low-quality products because they offer compensation.

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Live workshops

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before a workshop for a full refund or transfer to a future session. Within 48 hours, we can transfer your seat to a later session but cannot offer a cash refund, since seats are limited. Recordings are provided to registrants who cannot attend live.

Private sessions

Private sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Unused pre-paid sessions are refundable, less any sessions already delivered and materials already provided.

Digital products (Starter Kit, templates)

Digital products carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee where the materials have not been substantially downloaded or used. Contact us within 14 days for a refund.

Membership

Membership is billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods.

Terms of Service

Educational nature

All PYMTW content, tools, and programs are educational. You are solely responsible for your own financial, tax, and legal decisions and for the security of your own keys, accounts, and funds. You agree never to share seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or authentication codes with PYMTW — we will never ask for them.

Eligibility

This website and PYMTW's programs are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a program or subscribe.

Intellectual property & license

All site content, templates, worksheets, recordings, and program materials are owned by PYMTW and protected by copyright. When you purchase a digital product or program, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education and household. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share purchased materials, or use them to provide services to others, without written permission.

Purchases

When online checkout is available, you will be asked to affirmatively accept these Terms and the applicable refund policy before completing a purchase; that acceptance forms the agreement for the purchase. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. Live sessions may be recorded; by registering you consent to the session being recorded and shared with registrants.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website, tools, content, and programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. PYMTW does not warrant that the site or tools will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYMTW and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost or inaccessible funds or digital assets, or investment losses — arising from your use of this website, its tools, or any program or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PYMTW's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PYMTW for the specific product or program giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are entered into with PYMTW LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and policies as the business grows and as formal policies are finalized with qualified counsel. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and provide notice on this page and/or by email to subscribers before or when the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
